"I understand from Steven’s Web Site that you are the KW Team Leader for the greater Daytona group of realtors under your Agency. Well, I’ve finally reached an end point to this hectic week and on this rainy Friday evening would like to communicate (to all in earshot) my glorious experience recently with your agent, Steve Casserly. Win-Win: Not only did we find our dream property, but my wife and I are so happy that the seller found there’s as well. Steve’s empathetic negotiating power is unmatched in all my experience, simply amazing.
Integrity: You can bet, there were plenty of issues that came up to test every definition of this word throughout our buying process…Steve’s unrelenting professionalism and photo should be trained and framed at your corporate HQ building in Austin.
Customers: We know one thing: we felt like we were Steve’s client, friend and really the only “customer” that mattered in the World.
Communication: Are you kidding me??!! We wore poor Steve out…the man doesn’t sleep! Steve called us, e-mailed us, drove to us, and even flew back from a funeral to us to make this deal happen without as much as 10 minutes between us reaching out to him. Crazy Communication Skills!
Creativity: Steve’s calm, educated demeanor in all aspects of real estate was such a powerful component of making this deal happen. Never quick to just offer any opinion, but always available to make creative solutions happen! Even after we received everything we wanted, $45k immediate equity, furniture and all goodies included in our “beach front paradise”)…Steve is still only quick to congratulate us (not himself) on such a great deal.
Teamwork: I know one thing for sure, you all don’t get paid enough for your hard work and service. You can bet that anyone within 5,000 miles of property interest, the referrals will be coming Steve’s way!
Trust: What a blessing to have Steve as an advocate while we were able to tackle other areas of our busy lives. From Finding the perfect property (and I mean perfect), to the negotiations, to the inspections, appraisal and walk through…I hardly had to lift a finger. Incredible!
Success: Perhaps someone can take a photo of my Wife and children’s face when they open up their new beach front property condo under the Christmas Tree on the 25th! You can’t define success any better!
